Chris Stuart

Chris has over 40 years experience as a property lawyer, with over 30 years in Inverness.

He studied law at Dundee University and subsequently worked in Glasgow, Bathgate and Edinburgh, before moving north to the Highlands with his wife, Helen. Chris was a Partner at Munro & Noble for a while before running his own business, Stuart & Co, working from home for 12 years. He then joined Innes & MacKay where he was a Director for 8 years until May 2013 when he branched out on his own once more, again working from home.

Chris is a keen hillwalker, climber, skier and is an award winning photographer. He has been a member of Cairngorm Mountain Rescue Team for over 30 years and looks after the Team’s legal affairs, including dealing with changing the legal status of the Team to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO).
